About the Role:

The Demand Planner will be responsible for collaborating with our sales team and customers to ensure accurate order information is received. They will also be tasked with maximising promotional effectiveness through data analysis of previous promotions and trends, as well as delivering business needs to meet product availability, sales, and waste KPIs.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to conduct ad-hoc analysis to support decision-making by identifying trends and patterns in data, provide insights and problem-solving capability when presented with issues, and identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency of the sales ordering process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide the Tip Top Sales team with customer orders through our sales ordering system.
  • Work with the sales team and customer to ensure accurate order information is received.
  • Maximise promotional effectiveness through data analysis of previous promotions and trends.
  • Deliver business needs to meet product availability, sales, and waste KPIs.
  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support decision-making by identifying trends and patterns in data.
  • Provide insights and problem-solving capability when presented with issues.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency of the sales ordering process.
About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, IF statements, nested functions, and look up functions) to manipulate and analyse data, create charts and other visual representations of data to communicate insights and trends, and have previous analytical experience to manipulate data from various sources to create reports to track key metrics.

You should also be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines, have strong attention to detail and organisational skills, and have a customer-focused mindset.
