Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Demand Planning professional to lead our monthly consensus demand reviews. The successful candidate will drive forecast accuracy and effectiveness across key channels and categories.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of business operations, commercial acumen, and strategic planning. They will have the ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to changing business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with leaders across supply, sales, and finance to agree on monthly timelines and expectations.
  • Present forward forecasts at monthly IBP meetings, facilitating discussion to align on key decisions.
  • Evaluate and communicate changes and actions from the cycle to all levels of the business.
  • Drive the monthly forecast process and provide an independent view of the forward forecast.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in demand planning management and/or IBP.
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with stakeholders at multiple levels.
  • A high degree of organization, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
