**Job Role:**

As a professional in demand management, you will play a crucial role in the success of our organization. You will be responsible for collaborating with various teams to facilitate the demand planning process, generating forecasts for multiple product groups in the APAC market.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and maintaining statistical demand forecasts using inputs from Sales, Marketing, and Finance departments.
  • Leading and facilitating monthly demand meetings between Sales division leaders, Finance, and Supply Chain.
  • Providing insights on future inventory spend and communicating forecast into global Integrated Business Planning process.
  • Conducting root cause analysis and corrective action planning to understand sales forecast accuracy and bias performance.
  • Creating detailed analyses and reports on forecast trends and accuracy to identify, communicate, and address gaps.

**Skills & Qualifications:**

  • Proven experience in demand planning/management and financial planning.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
  • Able to build strong relationships across the business and effectively network.
  • Talented at translating technical information into understandable language.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Power BI) and ERP systems.
