We are seeking a skilled Demand Planner to join our high-performing team. In this role, you will partner closely with Sales and Marketing to manage forecasts, uncover insights, and influence outcomes across various channels.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Own and optimize demand planning processes from new product launches to promotional forecasting.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align assumptions, challenge plans, and drive forecast accuracy.
  • Lead scenario planning and root cause analysis to support agile decision-making.
  • Represent demand planning in key meetings, bridging the gap between supply chain and sales.
  • Take ownership of strategic processes like NPD, S&OE, or long-term forecasting, rotating quarterly.
