Business Transformation Professional

Seven Consulting is looking for a skilled Business Transformation Professional to join our team. In this role, you will work with clients across various industries to deliver high-quality business outcomes.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Take briefs from clients and provide direction on change management services
    • Analyse client businesses to identify areas of impact from change
    • Meet and present to stakeholders, preparing business documents and slides
    • Propose tactics to manage organisational changes for desired outcomes
    • Execute plans, schedule, report progress, raise risks, maintain relationships, and support project teams
    • Apply project management principles, including Agile, Waterfall, and blended methods
    • Provide necessary support to change recipients and business leaders during and after the project
  • Required Skills and Qualifications:
    • 3-5 years of experience in Change Management roles
    • Bachelor's degree or higher in Psychology, Organisational Psychology, Communications, Journalism, Human Resources, Project Management, Applied Science, Behavioural Science, or similar fields
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and PowerPoint
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • A desire to contribute to the Change Management Practice
