About the Role:

We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join our Supply Chain team in Brisbane. The primary objective of this role will be to ensure stock accuracy between ERP and 3PL.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake analysis to support control and improvement of flow and inventory integrity.
  • Daily reconciliation and root cause analysis of any inventory discrepancies between 3PL WMS and ERP.
  • Ensure all damaged, short dated or missing stock is actioned accordingly to the correct inventory status.
  • Management and control of weekly/monthly cycle count program at 3PL.
  • Work collaboratively with Supply Planning to ensure the timely movement of stock.
  • Support product allocation process to maximise customer service.
  • Complete monthly reporting on Logistics performance metrics.
  • Work with 3PL to drive process and performance improvements.
  • Plan and manage the replenishment of certain finished goods to DCs, to maintain 98% product availability within inventory targets.

The Requirements:

  • Five years or more experience in Supply Chain.
  • Experience in managing supply across multiple locations.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills.
  • Intermediate level of Excel knowledge.
  • Solid ERP experience within Inventory and Logistics.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is preferred.
  • The ability to present data in a clear and concise manner.
  • The ability to interact and engage with key stakeholders.
  • An ability to show initiative, prioritise and meet deadlines coupled with strong influencing skills.
