Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional with extensive experience in supply chain management, particularly in the mining and oil & gas industries. As a Supply Chain Management – Enterprise Asset Management Architect, you will have a deep understanding of SAP EAM and cloud solutions such as SSAM, APM, FSM, and BNAC. Your expertise will enable you to provide end-to-end business process solution design and integration across various processes and solutions.

You will work closely with account teams to develop SAP-centric solution scenarios, prepare implementation plans, and define outcomes that lead to overall customer success. Additionally, you will build actionable roadmaps, support the creation of business cases, proof-of-concepts, and deliver implementation support where needed.

As a conduit between customer and product management/engineering, you will prioritize product roadmaps with customer needs, run/support industry-specific round tables and events for SCM and asset management. You will also advise on, design, implement, and deploy our solutions to enhance client business functionality and performance while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

In this role, you will partner with clients and third-party vendors to analyze and define business requirements, technology, processes, and objectives to scope project deliverables. Your vast experience and in-depth knowledge will make you the go-to person to provide thought leadership advice on end-to-end solution design, implementation challenges, or deployment options.


Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A proven 15+ years professional experience working in the mining and/or oil & gas industry as a principal consultant/architect.
  • Expert knowledge in SAP EAM and across newer cloud solutions such as SSAM, APM, FSM, BNAC, etc.
  • Proven project delivery experience with associated processes/scenarios like planning, maintenance, remote field logistics and maintenance.
  • Clear understanding and hands-on integration experience across other processes and solutions such as RSH/MSO, PS, MM, FI/CO.
  • Ability to conduct S/4HANA EAM, SSAM, APM, and FSM centric workshops with all contributing parties.
  • Strong analytical skills, result-oriented, and effectiveness in problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication skills with technical and business focus.
