Supply Chain Management Architect

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Management - Enterprise Asset Management (SCM EAM) professional to join our Digital Supply Chain Practice in Australia and New Zealand.

The successful candidate will work on a high-profile, strategic initiative to establish a Supply Chain Management Centre of Excellence (CoE), guiding major customers through their journey to SAP Business Suite.

The ideal candidate will have in-depth end-to-end process knowledge within mining and/or oil & gas. They will have excellent understanding of the overall SAP Business Suite across S/4HANA, SSAM, APM, FSM, etc. and how they integrate in the industry context.

The SCM CoE perspective will help the customer holistically understand their path from the "old" SCM world into the more advanced Business Suite world including AI, mobility, automated scheduling, and networks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advise on, design, implement, deploy solutions to enhance client business functionality and performance while maintaining high customer satisfaction
  • Partner with clients and possible 3rd parties to analyze and define business requirements, technology, processes, and objectives to scope project deliverables
  • Provide thought leadership advice to colleagues/partners on end-to-end solution design, implementation challenges, or deployment options

The ideal candidate will have a proven 15+ years professional experience working in the mining and/or oil & gas industry as a principal consultant/architect. They will have expert knowledge in SAP EAM and across newer cloud solutions such as SSAM, APM, FSM, BNAC, etc., ideally covering at least 10+ full implementation life cycles.

They will demonstrate a clear understanding and hands-on integration experience across other processes and solutions such as RSH/MSO, PS, MM, FI/CO. The candidate should be able to conduct S/4HANA EAM, SSAM, APM, and FSM centric workshops with all contributing parties, providing end-to-end Business Process Solution Design.
