Key ResponsibilitiesThe ideal candidate will possess strong technical acumen and leadership prowess, ensuring seamless operations and driving productivity.
Primary Objectives:- Guide and mentor a team of support specialists to optimize their performance.
- Effectively resolve technical issues, minimizing disruptions and maintaining high service levels.
- Collaborate with IT stakeholders to develop aligned support strategies.
- Oversee hardware, software, and peripheral deployment, as well as maintenance activities.
- Monitor key metrics and implement initiatives to enhance service quality.
- Manage escalations and critical incidents with poise and professionalism.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; a Master's degree is highly desirable.
- A proven track record in deskside support or technical leadership roles.
- Strong technical proficiency in hardware, software, and operating systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Familiarity with IT Service Management tools.
- Certifications in relevant areas are advantageous.
