Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Support Specialist to join our IT Operations team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical resolution to platform-related incidents and requests, as well as liaising with internal and external stakeholders to resolve specific enquiries. This role requires a strong understanding of technology and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical resolution to platform-related incidents and requests
  • Liaise with relevant stakeholders to resolve specific enquiries
  • Adhere to ticket and team SLAs
  • Manage and raise awareness of change processes that may have operational impact
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in providing application, deskside, or EUC support functions
  • Experience within structured case management frameworks and processes
  • Post-secondary certification in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related discipline
  • Previous experience within an operational role of similar nature
