About the Position

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support for customers across Australia, including both BAU and project work
  • Work closely with stakeholders to resolve issues and implement solutions
Requirements
  • Strong experience in SCCM and Intune, including administration, configuration, and security packaging
  • Experience supporting Microsoft Office, Windows, SharePoint, and AWS
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience migrating from SCCM to Intune
  • Microsoft certifications
  • Level 2 support experience
