We are seeking a Payroll Specialist to join our team in Richmond, close to public transport. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately processing and managing payroll fortnightly for 2000+ employees.

The role involves maintaining and updating employee records in the payroll system, handling payroll-related queries from employees, preparing reconciliations for leave balances and backpays, and collaborating with HR and finance teams to streamline payroll processes and enhance accuracy.

The ideal candidate will have excellent payroll knowledge, time management, organisational and communication skills, with the ability to adapt and problem solve.

They will also possess a compassionate and positive approach to customer service, and the ability to nurture friendly, respectful relationships and contribute to a collaborative team environment.

We offer a competitive salary of $85,000 - $87,000 per annum, plus a full FBT package and amazing employee benefits.
