Job Opportunity

We are seeking a compassionate and empathetic individual to join our team as a support worker. Our organisation is dedicated to providing tailored care plans that cater to the unique needs of each client.

About the Role:

  • Provide personal and domestic care to clients with disabilities.
  • Empower and care for individuals with respect and dignity.
  • Develop strong communication skills and work collaboratively with colleagues.
  • Manage time effectively and prioritise tasks efficiently.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training opportunities.
  • Availability of 2-3 weekdays per week.

Essential Requirements:

  • No formal qualification necessary, however Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support is an advantage.
  • Satisfactory Australian National Police check and Working With Children Check.
  • Current or willing to obtain First Aid and CPR certificate.
  • Current Driver's Licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
  • Experience working with clients in a hospital setting.
