Compassionate Support Worker

We are seeking reliable and dedicated individuals to provide high-quality in-home care and support in various locations.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a range of personal and lifestyle needs while providing socialization and companionship to clients.

Our services include assistance with personal care, household duties, meal preparation, medication support, transport to appointments, shopping, and social outings.

As a supportive team member, you will contribute to creating a safe and stimulating working environment that allows our staff to thrive and make a positive impact on the lives of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing high-quality in-home care and support to clients
  • Assisting with personal care, household duties, and other domestic tasks
  • Preparing meals and snacks for clients
  • Supporting clients with medication management
  • Transporting clients to appointments and engaging them in social activities

Requirements:

  • Current Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Aged and Disability, or Home and Community Care
  • Current First Aid Certificate
  • Working with Children's Check
  • Criminal History check
