  • Support health and wellbeing through various activities and initiatives.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to meet clients' unique needs.

About the Role:

This position requires a compassionate and patient individual who can provide outstanding customer service and support to clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Certificate III in Individual Support (Aging, Home and Community, or Disability).
  • Cert IV in Ageing or Disability Support.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.

Personal Attributes:

  • Professional approach and attitude.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing situations.
  • Organisational and time management skills.

A driving license is highly desirable, and the ability to work comfortably with animals is required.
