About the Role
The National Business Manager will be responsible for leading the delivery of joint business plans to drive profitable growth for key customers across various categories, marketing, and in-store/venue excellence. This role requires a strong commercial acumen, exceptional communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire others to achieve outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and deliver joint business plans in collaboration with customers
- Work closely with the Head of Channel to maintain strong relationships with customers
- Manage full P&L responsibility for assigned customers, including nett sales, gross profit, and market share
- Develop and implement promotional programs to achieve sales objectives and company channel & brand strategies
- Lead business reviews with customers to identify opportunities in ranging, distribution, and promotional activities
- Negotiate and foster trading relationships with customers to optimize results
- Contribute to long- and short-term business plans and channel planning
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to own future financial forecast & demand plan
