Job Description

The Product Visionary is responsible for developing and delivering new products and features end-to-end. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to bring great ideas to life and drive measurable business outcomes.

This fast-paced, scale-up environment requires a proactive and experienced Product Visionary who knows what it takes to deliver high-quality outcomes on time. The ideal candidate will take ownership of the product roadmap, aligning it to customer needs and business goals.

About the Role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Define and own the product roadmap, ensuring alignment to customer needs and business goals.
  • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle in an Agile environment, from ideation to delivery and iteration.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to gather insights and align on priorities.
  • Design, prototype, and test new features and enhancements in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Prioritise and manage the product backlog, ensuring it's always refined and ready for development.
  • Work with developers, QA, and other team members to deliver on key initiatives.
  • Monitor and report on key success metrics for product releases and feature adoption.
  • Take ownership and drive corrective action for initiatives that aren't tracking to plan.
Requirements

Ideal candidates will have:

  • 5+ years of proven experience as a Product Owner in tech-driven environments.
  • Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • A background working on complex, customer-focused digital products with multiple flows and integrations.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with a hands-on delivery mindset.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills – from developers to senior executives.
  • A data-informed mindset – you understand customer needs through data and feedback.
  • Experience working across multiple teams in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for building great products.
