Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Digital Product Leader to drive digital product innovation. Based in Sydney, this individual will be responsible for supporting the Sales team, owning the digital ad product roadmap, managing a talented team, building external partnerships, and representing Commercial across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the Sales team as the in-market lead across Premium Ads, eCommerce, and new products.
  • Owning the digital ad product roadmap through collaboration with Product Solutions and AdTech teams.
  • Managing a talented team, building powerful external partnerships, and representing Commercial across the business.
  • Conducting market analysis and competitive intel to drive strategy, new market opportunities, and turn insights into action.
  • Empowering the team with impactful training and hands-on support by sharpening their skills, boosting confidence, and sharing best practices.
