Product Owner: Leadership and Delivery

Define the product roadmap, aligned with customer needs and business objectives. Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle in an Agile environment – from concept to delivery and iteration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to gather insights and align priorities.
  • Develop, prototype, and test new features and enhancements in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring it's always refined and ready for development.
  • Work with developers, QA, and other team members to deliver on key initiatives.
  • Monitor and report on key success metrics for product releases and feature adoption.
  • Take ownership and drive corrective action for initiatives that aren't tracking to plan.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of proven experience as a Product Owner in tech-driven environments.
  • Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • A background working on complex, customer-focused digital products with multiple flows and integrations.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery skills.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills – from developers to senior executives.
  • A data-informed mindset – understanding customer needs through data and feedback.
  • Experience working across multiple teams in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for building great products.
