Job Description:

We are seeking an exceptional Digital Product Leader to join our team and drive the development of a brand-new digital challenger. As a key member of our organisation, you will be responsible for owning the product roadmap and guiding our development from early stage to scale.

Your primary focus will be on creating customer-centric experiences and features that drive product adoption. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch products and features into market with a 'test and learn' attitude.

You will engage with our customers to improve our product through feedback mechanisms such as surveys, concept testing, analytics tools, and A/B testing.

Additionally, you will manage a diverse set of vendors to deliver outcomes and recommend modifications to product features, pricing, and marketing approaches to accelerate growth.

In this role, you will establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to track validation of product/market fit and iterate our strategy based on market learnings.

You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to manage product risks and dependencies.

  • 5+ years' experience in product management with a proven track record of developing, launching, and shipping products from the ground up
  • 3+ years hands-on leadership experience building and managing a cross-functional team
  • Passion and interest for building digital products and developing solutions for an underserved demographic
  • Competencies in digital, including CDPs, Google Analytics, and agile collaboration tools (e.g., Miro, Notion, or Jira)
  • Strong background in Agile & Lean methodologies and KPI/ OKR setting
  • Entrepreneurial drive and a high degree of ownership
