Technical Specialist Position

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Technical Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer support for laboratory equipment.

  • Provide expert technical guidance and support for laboratory equipment products, addressing customer inquiries via phone, email, or face-to-face interactions.
  • Develop strong relationships with customers through expert advice and support, becoming a trusted advisor.
  • Collaborate with commercial teams to support opportunity conversion, including large opportunity management support.
  • Partner with product management teams to create collateral that highlights product benefits and applications.
  • Deliver comprehensive product training to colleagues, incorporating new product introductions, competitor profiling, and market updates.
  • Take ownership of resolving and escalating customer issues as needed.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a scientific discipline preferred.
  • Minimum 3+ years of industry or related work experience.
  • Experience working with laboratory products is highly desirable.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Possess a customer-facing personality with the ability to build positive relationships and engage in technical discussions.
