Job Title

We are seeking a skilled Technical Specialist to deliver exceptional customer support for our laboratory equipment portfolio. This includes providing pre-sales and post-sales technical assistance, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop training resources and accelerate sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert technical support for laboratory equipment products, addressing customer inquiries through face-to-face interactions, telephone calls, or email communications.
  • Become a trusted advisor by building strong relationships with customers through technical advice and support.
  • Collaborate with the commercial team to support opportunity conversion, including large opportunity management support.
  • Partner with product management to support portfolio strategies by creating collateral that highlights product benefits and applications.
  • Assist with field-based and virtual product demonstrations and training, providing support and expertise to ensure effective product use.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a scientific discipline preferred.
  • Minimum of 3+ years industry or related work experience.
  • Experience working with laboratory products and applications.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
