The role of IT Support involves providing assistance to clients and employees, ensuring the smooth operation of all IT infrastructure and network systems. This is a hands-on opportunity for an IT Support Intern to gain experience in resolving technical issues and improving productivity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain computer systems, including hardware and software applications, with a focus on Microsoft Applications
  • Troubleshoot issues with Windows 10 and Office 365
  • Ensure optimal performance across all IT systems so employees can maintain a high level of productivity
  • Provide technical assistance with hardware and software to all end users in the workplace
  • Log bugs and enhancement requests
  • Resolve IT Support issues via phone, in person, and electronically
  • Maintain the job ticket system and liaise with L2 support to escalate complex issues

This internship offers training and mentorship in areas such as Windows Server, Active Directory, ITIL, Virtualisation, and Azure.
