As a technical specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support to our team members. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys troubleshooting complex IT issues and has a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest technology trends.

Our ideal candidate has a degree in Information Technology or a related field, a minimum of 2 years of experience in IT, and excellent technical skills in Windows operating systems, computer hardware, and networking.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work from home two days a week, enjoy flexible start and finish times, and receive a monthly rostered day off when working a 40-hour week.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing technical assistance to directors, centre educators, and central staff
  • Troubleshooting IT issues related to hardware, software, and networking
  • Installing and configuring computer hardware and software
  • Managing IT asset inventory
  • Contributing to security and integrity of IT systems and data

Required skills and qualifications include: Microsoft 365 apps experience, strong technical skills in Windows operating systems, computer hardware, and networking.
