As a Digital Training Facility Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the management and operation of digital training facilities, ensuring that they are secure, well-maintained, and equipped with the latest technology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facility Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of digital training facilities, including scheduling, supervision, and training.
  • IT Support: Provide technical support and maintenance for digital training facilities, including hardware and software upgrades.
  • Security and Compliance: Ensure that digital training facilities meet all security and compliance requirements, including data protection and access control.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of IT hardware, software, and other assets in digital training facilities.
  • Reporting and Metrics: Provide regular reports and metrics to management on the performance and utilization of digital training facilities.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in IT management and support, preferably in a digital training facility setting.
  • Strong technical skills, including knowledge of IT hardware, software, and networking.
