Digital Transformation Project Manager

The RoleWe're seeking a dynamic and highly organised technical Product/Project Manager with extensive product experience to join our team and take the lead on an exciting new project for a food manufacturing business based in Adelaide. In this role, you'll be working closely with our client, spending 3-4 days a week at the office (clients or Exo Digital) to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the project: You'll be the main point of contact for our client, ensuring that project goals are met on time and within budget. You will lead the project team and be accountable for the project scope and deliverables.
- Communication: Build strong relationships with all stakeholders, keeping everyone in the loop, and ensuring that everyone's on the same page. Daily communication with your team is imperative for success.
- Organisation: Manage multiple project schedules, timelines, priorities, and deliverables, and keep track of progress to ensure the project stays on track. Capturing data in our project management tool is a must to provide accurate reporting.
- Problem-Solving: Identify potential issues before they become problems and find solutions quickly and effectively.
- Analytical: Process analysis – Ability to translate business requirements with the client into design and development, ensuring quality deliverables.
- Technical know-how: Manage the implementation of ERP systems, custom applications, website design and development, ensuring smooth integration and minimal disruption to business operations.
- Efficient resource planning: Ability to manage resources efficiently and communicate effectively to onshore and offshore teams to ensure that everyone is aligned and meeting deadlines through consistent cadence and presence in leading delivery sprints for multiple projects and initiatives.
- Experience: Proven experience as a Project Manager, ideally with experience in the food manufacturing sector. Experience with ERP implementation will be highly regarded.
- Organisation Skills: You're highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely.
- Problem-Solving: Extensive background in business analysis and proactive approach to problem-solving, with a knack for finding creative solutions to complex issues.
- Adaptability: You're flexible and adaptable, able to adjust to changing project requirements and client needs.
