The Role
We're seeking a dynamic and highly organised technical Product/Project Manager with extensive product experience to join our team and take the lead on an exciting new project for a food manufacturing business based in Adelaide. In this role, you'll be working closely with our client, spending 3-4 days a week at the office (clients or Exo Digital) to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
As a Product/Project Manager at Exo Digital, you'll be the driving force behind the project's success, coordinating efforts, managing timelines, and ensuring everything runs smoothly. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the project team and ensuring project goals are met on time and within budget.
  • Building strong relationships with all stakeholders, keeping everyone in the loop, and ensuring that everyone's on the same page.
  • Managing multiple project schedules, timelines, priorities, and deliverables, and keeping track of progress to ensure the project stays on track.
  • Identifying potential issues before they become problems and finding solutions quickly and effectively.
  • Translating business requirements with the client into design and development, ensuring quality deliverables.
  • Managing the implementation of ERP systems, custom applications, website design and development, ensuring smooth integration and minimal disruption to business operations.

Requirements
We're looking for someone with:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager, ideally with experience in the food manufacturing sector. Experience with ERP implementation will be highly regarded.
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely.
  • Extensive background in business analysis and proactive approach to problem-solving, with a knack for finding creative solutions to complex issues.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, able to adjust to changing project requirements and client needs.
