Job Title: Bookkeeper/Office Administrator
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Bookkeeper/Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bookkeeping, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage financial records, including AP/AR and payroll
- Prepare financial reports and forecasts
- Perform data entry and data assurance
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues
- Assist with sales and production reporting
- Maintain spreadsheets and perform general office administration tasks
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role in Australia
- Accounting or bookkeeping qualification
- Proven proficiency in using Xero accounting software
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Sharepoint, Excel, and Xero
