Toms Superfruits is seeking an experienced Office Operations Manager to join our dynamic team. As an Office Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the administrative, operational, and personnel functions of one of Melbourne's leading property styling and staging companies.
About the Role
In this role, you will plan, organise, and oversee office functions, resources, and administrative systems. You will also allocate human resources, office space, and equipment to optimise efficiency. Additionally, you will ensure records, accounts, and data management systems are maintained and up to date. Furthermore, you will coordinate hiring, onboarding, promotions, training, and performance management.

- Sustain a productive working relationship with key stakeholders, including real estate professionals, suppliers, and external consultants.">
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and monitor work performance to maintain the company's reputation as an industry leader.">
Requirements
Relevant qualification in business and economics preferred, with a minimum 1-2 years of office management experience in a fast-paced environment Strong interpersonal and organisational skills Time management skills Team building experience
