Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Coordinator to manage customer projects from tender acceptance to completion of construction, delivering an exceptional customer experience while adhering to timeframes.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of customers throughout the project lifecycle\
  • Set clear expectations with customers to ensure they understand the pre-construction and construction process and timelines\
  • Prepare, coordinate, and deliver contracts and associated documentation\
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in our business management system\
  • Provide proactive solutions to facilitate the pre-construction process\
  • Work collaboratively with other departments and external stakeholders to meet business objectives\
  • Ensure customer concerns are addressed promptly and disputes are resolved effectively\
  • Deliver a positive customer experience throughout the project journey\
