Project Coordinator Job Description

As a Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in the successful execution of construction projects from inception to completion. This involves collaborating with project managers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to achieve project milestones and maintain project documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring project timelines, budget, and resources to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Assisting in managing project schedules and coordinating project meetings.
  • Supporting procurement activities and performing regular site visits to monitor construction progress.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of construction project management principles.
  • Experience in Defence, Education, Health, and Commercial Projects.
  • Experience working on projects from $1m - $50m.

Essential Skills:

  • Strong understanding of construction sites.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project).

  • Proactive and self-motivated attitude.
