Job Description

A seasoned construction professional is required to oversee a team on various projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive cost assessments to ensure optimal bids in tenders.
  • Execute pre-construction, construction, and quality control responsibilities.
  • Interpret drawings and specifications, taking technical responsibility for project duration.
  • E nsure project implementation adheres to technical specifications.
  • Optimize company resources, implementing new systems to reduce construction expenses.
  • Act as project interface between relevant parties, including contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and control engineers.
  • Provide coordination and negotiation between contractor companies and subcontractors.
  • Create construction schedules and monitor processes.
  • Track project budgets and advise cost-effective proposals to the General Manager.
  • Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety rules at the construction site.
  • Control overall project budgets, including taxes, with the purchase specialist.
  • Supervise all construction activities at the project site.
  • Ensure quality construction standards and use proper construction techniques.
