Job Overview

This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to the internal service department and customers through various channels, including in-person and phone interactions.

  • Assist the parts department in meeting the needs of workshop technicians, retail customers, and trade customers.
  • Ensure timely supply of parts to workshop technicians.
  • Process orders, bookouts, invoices, and payments for parts efficiently.
  • Handle customer inquiries in a professional manner, both over the phone and in person.
  • Verify and process incoming part deliveries.
  • Maintain positive working relationships with suppliers and contribute to successful stocktakes.
About You
  • A minimum of experience in dealership parts or equivalent in a Parts retailer is required.
  • Familiarity with Tune is beneficial but not essential.
  • A strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
  • The ability to multitask and maintain a high level of organization.
  • A professional work ethic.
  • A good technical understanding of vehicle mechanics to accurately identify required items.
  • Effective communication skills, particularly over the phone.
  • A valid Victorian driver's Licence is mandatory.
