We are seeking a highly skilled Parts Coordinator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and working in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description

The role of the Parts Coordinator involves coordinating the delivery of parts to our internal service department and customers. This includes assisting the parts department in serving retail, trade, and workshop customers, supplying workshop technicians with parts, ordering, booking out, invoicing, and processing payments for parts. The successful candidate will also be responsible for addressing customer inquiries over the phone and in person, liaising with suppliers, and maintaining positive working relationships with them.

  • Coordinate the delivery of parts to our internal service department and customers
  • Assist the parts department in serving retail, trade, and workshop customers
  • Supply workshop technicians with parts
  • Order, book out, invoice, and process payments for parts
  • Address customer inquiries over the phone and in person
  • Liaise with suppliers and maintain positive working relationships with them
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • Dealership or parts retailer experience
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • A good technical understanding of how motor vehicles work to aid accurate identification of required items
  • Organisational and multitasking skills
  • A valid Victorian driver's licence
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary plus commissions, Monday to Friday with half day on Saturday, overtime approximately once a month, in-house/manufacturer training provided to support career progression, uniform provided, and access to group discounts.
