About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Automotive Sales Representative to join our team at Cars24. Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Interaction: Be the primary point of contact for customers, providing them with a warm and welcoming experience, and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Vehicle Sales: Work closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and provide them with tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with the customer operations team to streamline processes and improve efficiency, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Administrative Tasks: Assist with administrative tasks, such as paperwork and documentation, to ensure a smooth handover process.
  • Training and Development: Participate in training and development programs to enhance your knowledge and skills, and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in automotive sales, with a proven track record of success.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with Google Docs, Hubspot, and other CRM/Sales Software is preferred but not essential.
  • Availability: Willingness to work weekends and flexible hours to meet customer needs.
  • Attitude: A customer-centric approach, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding customer expectations.
