Key Responsibilities

  • Be the primary point of contact for customers, providing personalized support and guidance throughout the sales process.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Work closely with the customer operations team to ensure seamless delivery of cars, meeting customer expectations and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Conduct test drives with customers, providing expert knowledge and showcasing the features and benefits of our cars.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, consistently delivering high levels of customer satisfaction and driving business growth.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience, with a proven track record of success in automotive sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Valid full driver's license and ability to work weekends.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and resolve complex issues.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
