Housing Maintenance Compliance Officer

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Housing Maintenance Compliance Officer. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting property inspections, testing smoke alarms and RCDs, and analyzing data to inform maintenance scheduling.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspect and analyze properties to ensure compliance with building standards
  • Conduct property inspections to assess the lifetime of critical components
  • Analyze data to identify trends and inform maintenance scheduling
  • Problem-solve any maintenance issues that arise
Requirements:
  • Highly confident and organized with excellent communication skills
  • Relevant building or construction qualifications
  • Exceptional customer service skills and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Previous experience in property inspection or building field highly regarded
  • Hold a Test and Tag ticket or be willing to obtain
