Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Specialist to join our organization. This role will provide an exciting opportunity for individuals who enjoy structure, take pride in getting details right, and thrive in focused, independent work environments.

In this position, you will be responsible for reviewing property valuation reports for compliance with industry standards and lender-specific requirements. Your duties will include checking reports against these guidelines, determining if reports can be submitted or need corrections, and processing a high volume of reports daily in a structured, task-focused environment.

This is a great fit for students currently studying property valuation, as it can count toward 3 months of your required 12-month industry experience, or individuals looking to enter the property, compliance, or financial services sector through a focused, non-client-facing position.
