Compliance and Improvement Specialist Role

We are seeking a skilled Compliance and Improvement Specialist to support our organization in maintaining compliance and accreditation readiness.

  • This role requires attention to detail, systems improvement, and collaboration to review and develop policies ensuring they meet operational needs;
  • Administering policies by creating high-quality documents consistent with branding and records management standards;
  • Supporting internal and external audit processes by coordinating targeted self-assessment and gap analysis activities;
  • Identifying and supporting systemic quality improvement initiatives to streamline operations and enhance service delivery outcomes;
  • Maintaining compliance with legislative and accreditation requirements across various sectors, including community services, NDIS, mental health, child protection, and RTOs.

Key qualifications include:

  • Strong policy review and writing skills, with experience in managing documents and providing advice;
  • Experience in quality accreditation, internal audit, or self-assessment processes;
  • Understanding of continuous quality improvement principles and ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines;
  • Excellent relationship-building, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills;
  • A current WWCC Check and Driver's Licence.
