Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Workplace Experience Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our Workplace team, you will be responsible for creating an inclusive and welcoming environment for clients, visitors, and employees. Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional customer service, managing the day-to-day operations of our welcome space, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to coordinate office-based events and activations.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall workplace experience, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for clients, visitors, and employees.
- Manage the welcome space, including coordinating logistics, managing inventory, and ensuring a high level of cleanliness and organization.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to requests and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to coordinate office-based events and activations, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external clients, and vendors to ensure a high level of service delivery.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to continuously improve the workplace experience.
- Proven experience in a people-centric, client or customer service-focused role.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including written communication.
- Ability to quickly learn digital collaboration tools and new systems.
- Collaborative team player with the confidence to influence up, down, and across the organization.
- Personable and enthusiastic nature, genuine passion for providing an elevated service and ability to create an inclusive and welcoming environment.
- Self-starter who is adaptable, resilient, and thrives in a fast-paced, exciting, people-centric environment.
