We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Workplace Coordinator to join our team at JLL. As the first point of contact for employees and guests, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional hospitality and services that exceed expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create a welcoming and productive workplace environment for employees and guests.
  • Assist the Facilities Management team in maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Coordinate meeting room services, including setup and catering.
  • Organize office events and activities that promote team building and engagement.
  • Build relationships with stakeholders and provide guidance on navigating self-service functions.
Requirements
  • Experience in hospitality, hotel management, or high-end concierge.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage relationships with key stakeholders and meet expectations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Good command of verbal and written English.
