We are seeking a champion of inclusion to join our team and drive bold change in digital experiences, junior participation, culturally diverse inclusion, gender equality and sustainability.

This role offers the opportunity to unite and inspire everyone to love and play cricket, while contributing to an organisation that truly makes a difference to Australians.

About the RoleMain Responsibilities

The Diversity & Inclusion Specialist will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating D&I and RAP working groups to drive strategic initiatives
  • Providing specialist advice and support to all departments to champion inclusion
  • Supporting D&I initiatives with external partners and stakeholders
  • Maintaining a dashboard of D&I metrics and responding to reporting requirements
  • Developing and updating D&I policy documents
  • Assisting in delivering Cricket Australia's Stretch RAP and developing the next iteration
  • Regularly updating D&I content across communication channels
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications
  • Influencing skills and stakeholder management experience
  • Ability to think strategically on a national and local level
  • Excellent communication skills and presentation abilities
  • Strong time management skills with ability to multi-task competing priorities
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to build trusted relationships
  • Genuine commitment to championing inclusion
