Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Lead to drive our environmental, social and governance roadmap. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing ESG strategies aligned with company goals, preparing ESG reports including Modern Slavery Statements and packaging compliance, monitoring and reporting on ESG performance metrics such as carbon emissions and sustainability indicators, acting as a liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders on ESG matters, leading ESG risk assessments and due diligence processes, supporting integration of ESG metrics into financial planning and analysis, and tracking market disclosures and aligning with industry best practices.

Qualifications
  • 5+ years' experience in ESG, sustainable finance or related fields
  • Strong knowledge of ESG frameworks including ISSB, AASB and TCFD
  • Experience working in dynamic, cross-functional environments
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to interpret and communicate both financial and non-financial ESG data
  • A proactive mindset and passion for sustainability and ethical sourcing
