About You

This role will suit an experienced leader with deep expertise and stakeholder influence. You will bring:

  • Demonstrated success in business development, partnerships, and income diversification.
  • A passion for food systems, agriculture, or sustainability.
  • Experience in community-based programming.
  • Proven senior leadership experience, with the ability to engage boards, inspire teams, and deliver strategic outcomes.
  • Financial literacy, including budgeting, reporting, and compliance.
  • An empathetic, people-first style and proven ability to lead with authenticity.
  • A strong commitment to equity, inclusion, and community impact.
