We are seeking a talented individual to drive transformative change in digital experiences, junior participation, culturally diverse inclusion, gender equality, and sustainability.

- Coordinating our Diversity and Inclusion working group
- Supporting our Head of Social Impact & Sustainability in engaging with key stakeholders
- Leading the delivery and some actions under our Reconciliation Action Plan, Multicultural Action Plan, Women & Girls Action Plan, and Pride in Sport Action Plan
- Supporting the delivery of national cricket inclusion championships, camps, and tournaments
- Providing advice and support to all departments to ensure our people processes, programs, events, marketing, and communications champion inclusion
- Developing D&I policy documents and processes and maintaining a dashboard of D&I metrics for reporting requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field
- Influencing skills and stakeholder management experience
- The ability to think strategically, creatively, and on a national level
- Excellent communication skills with an ability to present information confidently
- Strong time management and project management skills to take initiative and deliver to timeframes
- Genuine commitment to championing inclusion
