About the Role:
- Assist with the daily operations of the Mobile Childcare Service to deliver a high-quality program for children in remote locations.
- Develop productive relationships between clients and staff to support outcomes for families and children.
- Support and mentor educators on program delivery and documentation of learning progress.
Requirements:
- Diploma of Early Childhood Education & Care or higher level of qualification.
- Current Working with Children Check, First Aid Certificate, and Driver's Licence.
- Relevant industry knowledge and experience.
Benefits:
- Competitive salary range $2,541 to $2,732 per fortnight (includes market premium).
- Starting salary to be determined upon qualifications and experience.
- Grade 7 within Council's Salary Structure.
- Working 76 hours per fortnight with a rostered day off (9 Day fortnight).
- 3 weeks sick leave.
- Professional development opportunities.
- E Employer superannuation of 11.5%.
