**Job Summary**

We are seeking an Employment Specialist to join our team in Fortitude Valley. As a Job Coach, you will play a vital role in empowering clients to achieve their employment goals.

In this role, you will work one-on-one with clients to provide support and guidance to help them find sustainable employment. You will be responsible for building relationships with local employers, identifying job opportunities, and ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with clients to identify their employment goals and develop personalized plans to achieve them
  • Build relationships with local employers to source job opportunities and negotiate employment outcomes
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients to ensure successful employment outcomes
  • Maintain accurate records of client progress and achievements
  • Contribute to the development of new programs and initiatives to improve employment outcomes for clients

Requirements:

  • Experience working in a customer-facing role or employment services environment
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Proven track record of achieving employment outcomes for clients
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
