About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Development Sites Specialist to join our team at Colliers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring residential development sites in the Western Sydney region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and acquire residential development sites in Western Sydney
  • Develop and maintain relationships with property owners and developers
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities
  • Prepare and present site acquisition proposals to clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless site acquisition process

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of commercial sales experience with exposure to Development Site sales
  • Knowledge of the Western Sydney Residential market
  • Understanding of development principals and feasibility analysis
  • Class 2 Real Estate License
  • Tertiary qualifications in property, business, or related field (preferred but not essential)
