Site Engineer Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Engineer to join our team at Gough Recruitment AU.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the successful delivery of projects that satisfy safety, client satisfaction, quality, timeliness, and margins.
  • Apply innovative design and construct processes, tools, and techniques to add value to clients.
  • Maintain daily site records and work with supervisors to ensure safety compliance.
  • Review consultant and subcontractor output for compliance with the design brief.
  • Manage, monitor, and control the flow of technical information between design disciplines and stakeholders.
  • Assist in ensuring the design is completed to standard and on time.
  • Review the quality of subcontractor works on-site and communicate findings to the project team.
  • Identify project issues and drive the development and implementation of solutions.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary Qualifications in Building/Construction Management or Engineering.
  • At least 3 years experience working within the building and construction industry in roles precedent to Site Engineer.
  • Quality-focused and able to assess risk.
  • Jobpac experience is required.
