Program Financial Analyst Role Overview

We're seeking an experienced Program Financial Analyst to join our team and play a key role in the financial management of multiple IT projects.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities and experience in managing budgets and forecasts.

In this dynamic role, you'll work closely with our delivery and operations personnel to provide strategic financial advice that supports organisational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage project finances, including annual budgets, monthly forecasts and month end closing and accruals.
  • Deliver variance analysis and financial reporting across various programs and projects.
  • Coordinate multiple cost analysis functions, including cost allocation, setting up cost control systems and preparing reports.
  • Administer and report overhead budgets, charge codes and cost allocation.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Experience in global business environments.
  • Familiarity with Cost Point or similar systems and OAC/OBI.
  • Ability to balance competing priorities and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong relationship skills, proactive attitude and ability to quickly learn new systems and processes.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
